We have temporarily limited on-site business operations to essential staff in our office and warehouses to ensure the same award-winning customer service with minimal interruption, especially those relying on Gatti Plumbing to deliver emergency plumbing services. These essential employees adhere to recommended hygiene and social distancing practices, and we’ve increased janitorial services to preserve a clean, healthy work environment.
What we are doing...
- Our technicians wear disposable gloves and booties while in our customers homes (booties have always been our standard practice)
- Our technicians follow the CDC’s guidelines for best behaviors to reduce the spread of the virus (washing hands properly and often, hand sanitizer when washing not available, etc.)
- Our technicians do not report to work if they are not feeling well or have symptoms of the flu or coronavirus
What we ask of you...
- Please give “social distance” to your technicians while they are working in your home
- Please make sure that the work area is clean and free of any unnecessary items
- If any members of your household have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or are ill, please call the office to reschedule
- If any members of your household have been on a plane, cruise ship, bus, etc. in the last 14 days, please call the office to reschedule
